These terms apply to all vehicle reservations made with SLEIPNIR Rent a Car Ltd. through this website.
1. Payment Security
All online payments on this website are processed over an encrypted connection secured with 128-bit SSL/TLS. Card details are transmitted directly to our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
2. Driver Requirements
Drivers must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving licence. Drivers aged 21–25 are subject to an additional young driver fee, which will be shown at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy applies to the cancellation of card payment transactions made for a reservation:
- 3 or more days before the rental start date: free cancellation, full refund.
- Less than 2 days before the rental start date: a cancellation fee applies.
To cancel or modify a reservation, please contact us using the details below as early as possible.
